Florentine Boom

Florentine is a working student in the People Excellence solution at Boer & Croon. She is interested in the fields of organizational change management, Strategic Human Resource Management and in consulting due to her multidisciplinary background gained from her Bachelor's degree in Public Governance and Organizational Science. Boer & Croon therefore offers the perfect opportunity to learn more about these areas. She completed her bachelor last year and in September she plans to start the master's program Strategic Human Resource Management or Organizations, Change and Management at the University of Utrecht. In addition to Boer & Croon, Florentine is taking the minor in Economics and Business Economics.
In her free time, she often plays field hockey or padel. She also enjoys skiing, surfing and discovering new places in the world. Furthermore, she spends a lot of time with family and friends.
