With her social nature, Floor brings change within organizations, focusing on the human aspect. Her interest in transformations, reorganizations, and employee motivation is enhanced by her ability to untangle situations and find strategic solutions to grow an organization successfully. She connects people and ideas, creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable.

Floor is structured, a planner who is solution-oriented with a goal in mind. During her studies, Floor did an internship at Boer & Croon within the solution People Excellence, where she researched employee job satisfaction and employee retention. Her focus was on increasing motivation and strengthening bonding within the organization.
