Fleur is HR Talent Acquisition Specialist for Managers Solutions at Boer & Croon. Originally from Blaricum, she obtained her Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from Tio Utrecht University of Applied Sciences. 

Fleur later moved to Amsterdam, where she started her career as a Recruitment Consultant at the head office of YoungCapital. Here she successfully completed her specialization in employment law. 

At Boer & Croon, Fleur will use her expertise as an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Manager's Business Unit. In this role, she will focus on attracting top management talent to various solutions. 

Outside of work, Fleur is active and enterprising. She enjoys sports such as hockey, tennis, skiing and sailing. She also cherishes a passion for photography and interior architecture, where she expresses her creativity. 

Fleur is characterized by her warm, empathetic personality and strong communication skills. Her curiosity and eagerness to learn constantly drive her to grow. At Boer&Croon, Fleur looks forward to combining her passion for people and management and creating valuable connections that continue to flourish.
