Eva Baltus

Eva started as a Young Executive at Boer & Croon in May 2024. Eva was already known at boer & Croon when she participated as a working student within the Supply Chain & Operations Solution for several months during her master's degree. She completed a bachelor's degree in Political Science and a master's in International Business at the University of Amsterdam. Her professional background includes experience in both the public and non-profit sectors, where she did internships at charities and consultancy work in the public sector. She also spent a year as manager of Covid test sites in Leiden, where she was involved in the start-up and growth of the test company from the beginning.

Eva is characterised by her openness, proactive attitude, social skills and curiosity. These traits enable her to recognise opportunities, communicate effectively and work in a structured way. She is analytically minded and thrives in diverse working environments with different teams. Her enthusiasm is contagious; she knows how to motivate teams to look for solutions and achieve goals jointly.

In her free time, Eva enjoys tennis, travelling, photography, and cooking. She is also actively involved in charities and contributes in her own way.
