Emma is a people and results-oriented go-getter with a background in change management. She has experience in creative and strategic thinking and managing teams. Her solution-oriented mindset, positive energy and interpersonal skills allow her to motivate, connect and challenge teams. 

Emma is very enthusiastic and she also brings this to her role as Young Executive. She is up for every challenge and always tries to keep learning.

In her spare time, Emma likes to get together with friends or family to have conversations and enjoy cooking and dining, preferably from the Italian cuisine.
