Emma van Deursen started as a Young Executive at Boer & Croon in 2025. During her BSc International Business at the University of Groningen and her MSc Business Administration – Strategy at the University of Amsterdam, she gained broad experience in strategy, analysis, and change management. She also worked as a Junior Operations Consultant at Jobs & Media Group, where she was responsible for process optimization, project management, and the implementation of a new Learning Management System. In addition, she contributed as a Student Consultant to projects for Unilever and the Municipality of Amsterdam, focusing on sustainability, innovation, and governance.

Her motivation to join Boer & Croon stems from a strong ambition to address complex strategic and organizational challenges and to contribute to lasting, value-adding improvements. She regards Boer & Croon as an environment where she can leverage her analytical and collaborative skills to support organizational progress, while continuously broadening her expertise across diverse sectors and disciplines.

Outside of work, Emma stays active through running and other sports. She finds relaxation in cooking and reading, and she enjoys traveling abroad to experience new cultures and broaden her perspective.
