Emily de Vries

Connecting | Go-getter | Social | Eager to learn | Goal-oriented

Emily has been working as a Young Executive at Boer & Croon since May 2022. Emily has a diverse study background and is familiar with various subjects such as marketing, communication, Asian business & markets, (business) cultures, change management, and international business. Her passion for cultures and global markets started while living in Tokyo for her studies. After completing her master's, Emily worked at one of the major Dutch banks in the Customer Due Diligence and Exit departments. This also gave her experience in the finance domain.

Connecting people and building relationships with stakeholders comes as second nature to Emily, she is an enthusiastic team player. She wants to get the most out of everything and is good at motivating people toward achieving a common goal. With her helicopter view, she does not easily lose sight of goals and can create a clear vision. Because of her broad interests, what drives and motivates Emily the most is learning new things. Another motivator is working in a dynamic and inspiring team. Emily likes to jump into the deep end and push her limits.

In her free time, Emily loves spending her time with friends and family. She also practices yoga fanatically and can be found on the golf course with regularity. Finally, she loves discovering new places in and outside the Netherlands.
