Douglas Rietbergen

Douglas is an empathetic and driven colleague who works well in groups with a strong problem-solving ability. He lived in Delft during his studies, where he further developed his academic and professional skills. Between his bachelor’s and master’s, he worked for a year as a manager at a beach club in Scheveningen.

Douglas has a natural curiosity for complex problems and quickly grasps their essence. He seamlessly switches between strategic thinking and practical execution, allowing him to effectively tackle both long-term goals and daily challenges. His open attitude and communication skills make him a valuable team player who easily brings others along in his process. He is motivated to work on projects that not only create business value but also contribute to positive change in society.

In his free time, Douglas stays active by going to the gym 6 times a week, running, and enjoying walks. He also loves traveling and discovering new coffee shops.
