Charlotte started as a Young Executive on the Healthcare Solution at Boer & Croon in October 2022. Before that, she worked for a year and a half at Europe's largest medical Messenger as an international Account Manager. Where she guided healthcare organizations in digital transformation management. She searches for the most optimal solution in which everyone can follow along. She brings structure and applies her solution orientation to tackle complex problems. 

Charlotte is down-to-earth, problem-solving, and enjoys working collaboratively, striving to connect with her environment in which she puts the positive at the center. In her free time, Charlotte enjoys cooking, and reading and can often be found biking or playing squash.
