Charlotte Mattijssen

Since 1st of November, Charlotte Mattijssen is working at Boer & Croon as Young Executive. Charlotte grew up in a small village near Arnhem and studied Hotel Management and a master in Organisation studies. During her master’s degree, she did a board year where she learned how the be the link between national and local team as chairwomen. In addition to various work experiences in hotels, Charlotte worked as a project management trainee in Vietnam. There she gained experience in process improvement projects and researched new business models.

Next to that, Charlotte likes to sport and has a passion for cooking, where she likes to try out new recipes.
