Cees Bijl is an experienced business development executive with a strong background in technology-driven industries and healthcare. After starting his career as a strategy consultant at Arthur D. Little and Roland Berger, he held international leadership roles at Philips, where he a.o. shaped the global LED transformation and achieved growth in start- and scale-ups. At Medtronic, he recently directed the strategic account management organization across Northwest Europe and secured major international partnerships.

Passionate about innovation and growth, Cees constantly seeks opportunities to transform businesses and create lasting value. He combines strategic insight with the ability to inspire teams and build collaborations. Outside work, he plays the French horn in orchestras and enjoys golf, running, and reading.
