Berry is experienced in establishing and expanding collaborations from a sales position. He gained seven years of experience at recruitment agency Progressive. He was responsible for supporting a wide variety of organizations in recruiting Senior IT & Digital professionals, particularly within the financial sector. Over the past three years, he acquired management experience by leading this specific team. After Progressive, Berry further developed his consultative selling skills at Management Events, supporting organizations at a strategic level with business growth.

At Boer & Croon, Berry engages with current partners to strengthen collaborations and connects with potential clients to explore new partnerships. His focus is on organizations within the financial services industry. Berry is energized by clarifying client needs, with the genuine aim of identifying how an organization can truly be helped. When the services provided are of added value and quality can be guaranteed, this gives Berry great satisfaction. Berry is characterized by his enthusiasm, optimism, and honesty. In his free time, he really enjoys playing football at a competitive level. Additionally, his week consists of cycling, fitness, swimming, social games, and spending quality time with his girlfriend, family, and friends.
