Anouk ter LaakAnouk puts her 30 years of experience in leadership positions within the food industry to use as interim CEO. Previously, Anouk worked at Procter & Gamble, Douwe Egberts / Sara Lee and SVZ / Royal Cosun. She has proven herself to be an inventive transformation manager. Within her previous positions, there was always a necessary transformation. Anouk ensured that processes were optimized, implemented ERP packages, made the commercial department work more efficiently, took costs out of the chain and achieved healthy growth.
Anouk has a result-oriented, commercial attitude and always pays great attention to building her team. Sustainability is also an important theme for her.
