Anouk recently started as a working student within the HR & Recruitment Team at Boer & Croon. Last year, she completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she still enjoys living. During her studies, she specialized in Work and Organizational Psychology. This year, she deliberately chose to take a gap year: an opportunity to gain practical experience and further explore the business world.Alongside her work at Boer & Croon, Anouk is active as a part-time board member at a Student Consultancy, where she and a team of students advise socially impactful companies on a variety of challenges. In her free time, she can often be found on the hockey field at HV Victoria. She also enjoys spending time with friends, discovering new places, and experiencing everything Rotterdam has to offer.Anouk is looking forward to getting to know her colleagues at Boer & Croon better and to working together in the coming period.BSc: Psychologie, Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam
