Connector - Enthusiastic - Action-oriented - Strategic - Eager to learn - Creative - ResponsibleAfter her studies, Aniek worked at various organizations including Rabobank, LIME Search and Leeuwendaal. The common thread in this experience is advising and mediating senior management and the board in executive search and job coaching. She also has also contributed on job evaluation projects. The clients were very diverse: private (from small and medium-sized companies to corporates; listed, family- or PE-owned) and public (care organizations: nursing homes, hospitals and care for the disabled).
Aniek is someone with a positive mindset. She thinks conceptually. She wants to really understand people, organizations and issues and get to the core. Curiosity is her driving force, which means that she enjoys connecting with various people, and at the same time she asks the critical questions. Aniek gains energy from discovering new opportunities for existing challenges, especially by translating and applying them. Don't hold endless meetings, take action!
Outside Boer & Croon, Aniek likes to combine sports with a Burgundian lifestyle. Running and yoga are interspersed with culinary activities, art, reading, music, documentaries, and art-house films for new inspiration.
