Alexander van Andel - Associate Partner since April 2022 - is captivated by the power and dynamics emanating from the high-tech manufacturing industry and family-owned companies in Eindhoven and its surroundings. With over 25 years of experience as a manager in both line and program management positions, he now helps these companies as an interim manager to meet the challenges of our time. Whether it is drafting and implementing growth strategy, setting up a new business unit or transitioning to a more sustainable supply chain or circular production, the core of the solution always starts with a clear vision and how people as a team understand and work together.
