Anna joined Boer & Croon as a Young Executive in the autumn of 2024. She studied Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam and started working at Ahold Delhaize Coffee Company as a Product Management Trainee. Besides strengthening her organisational skills, she focused on improving internal processes and introducing new products. Inspired by this project, she continued her path at Erasmus University with a master's degree in Strategic Management. To complement her master's, Anna studied for another six months at the Stockholm School of Economics, focusing on leadership and sustainability. Meanwhile, she expressed her entrepreneurial nature in the day-to-day management of the Get Joto Foundation and acting as community manager for several Dutch brands.

Anna's characteristic is her goal-oriented and structured approach. She likes to think about possibilities and is creative in this process. In projects, she takes an assertive and proactive approach with a positive attitude to get everyone on board. With her organisational skills and dedication, no details will be overlooked, and she works together to find the most sustainable solutions, which are then implemented.

Anna loves to travel. In her free time, she likes skiing, sailing, paddling, and running. When she is not in the gym, she walks her dog along the beach.
