Sammy is a Senior Consultant Strategy & Transformation at Boer & Croon. She grew up abroad and obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from Hotelschool The Hague. Her passion for advising organizations and implementing strategic change led her to pursue a Master’s in Strategic Management at Erasmus University. After traveling for a year, she started at consultancy firm doen’r in Rotterdam, where she worked with Rituals on process optimization, organizational structure, and project management.

Sammy is energetic, eager to learn, and excels at connecting people. With her positive presence and strong communication skills, she builds support and mobilizes teams. Her strength lies in fostering sustainable collaborations, with a keen eye for both people and processes. In her free time, she enjoys cooking for friends, playing padel, visiting the gym, and reading in the sun.
