Marleen Roerink

Marleen grew up in Twente and studied in Enschede. During a semester in Taiwan, she gained international experience, after which she wrote her thesis for Nedap. That’s where she started her career and spent six years in various roles, the last three of which as Operations Lead. In that role, she led a team responsible for the entire international supply chain, from supplier to customer.
She thrives on combining strategy and execution. With her natural enthusiasm and ability to connect people, she knows how to engage others and achieve sustainable improvements together.

In her free time, Marleen enjoys playing volleyball. In the summer, she’s often out on the water, and in the winter, you’ll find her snowboarding in the mountains. Education:
