Through the combination of a technical and people-focused degree, Babette has developed both strong analytical and empathetic skills. She approaches complex challenges with a critical yet open mindset, always seeking the essence of the problem whilst taking into account the various interests at stake. Thanks to her background, she is able to view solutions and their implementation with a creative and holistic perspective, without losing sight of the finer details. Babette works in a structured and methodical way, which enables her to maintain an overview and set clear priorities.

In her spare time, Babette enjoys spending time with family, friends and keeping active. She takes pleasure in preparing elaborate dinners to share, discovering new spots in the city, and drawing inspiration from travelling to different countries and experiencing diverse cultures.
