Daan Pelgrim

Daan joined Boer & Croon as a Young Executive in 2025. In his Sustainable Business and Innovation master's, he focused on system change and sustainable transitions. During his studies, he gained experience with ESG at Tata Steel, specifically focusing on the sustainable sourcing of raw materials. He then worked on a study of circularity in healthcare at UMC Utrecht and graduated at Arcadis on the topic of grid congestion.

Daan is enterprising and proactively responds to opportunities that present themselves. With a result-oriented and pragmatic approach, he brings structure to his work. He enjoys working with others and brings diverse stakeholders together in a natural way.

Outside the office, Daan likes to do sports. He prefers long rides on his racing bike in the mountains. He also enjoys travelling and discovering new places.
