Julian Heijkoop

Julian is an enthusiastic and proactive team player with strong analytical skills. During his studies, he completed an internship in Málaga, Spain, where he gained valuable experience in an international work environment. He then spent two years as a project control consultant at a consultancy firm, where he learned to adapt quickly across various projects and deliver client-focused solutions.

Julian draws energy from tackling complex challenges and quickly identifies the core of a problem. He combines sharp analytical thinking with a pragmatic mindset, enabling him to deliver concrete results without losing sight of the human element. With his positive attitude and clear communication style, he is a dependable and collaborative colleague. He is particularly motivated by projects that contribute to society, where he can put his skills and knowledge to a meaningful use.

Outside of work, Julian enjoys staying active: He plays football, runs, works out at the gym, and loves surfing on the water. He’s also passionate about travel and discovering new cuisines.
