Erik Schoonveld is a Senior Manager at Boer & Croon within the People & Change domain. He has gained experience both in the industry and in consulting. At Booking.com and Kramp, he led and supported international change programs. In addition, he worked as a consultant on assignments for organizations such as the Ministry of Finance and Schiphol Airport. This mix of private and public sector clients has provided him with a broad and practical approach.

Outside of work, Erik is passionate about sports and enjoys being active in many different disciplines. He also enjoys a good glass of wine and spends much of his time with his young son, family, and friends. Furthermore, he has a strong interest in other cultures: he lived in Spain, traveled extensively in Latin America, and speaks fluent Spanish. He also volunteers weekly, teaching Dutch to Spanish-speaking immigrants through the Casa Migrante foundation.
