As a solution, we help our clients with all the issues on a COO's agenda. We focus ourselves on four sectors: Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail & Wholesale and Food. This provides the basis to help our customers formulate customer demand and implement change on the one hand, and on the other hand to further expand the solution together and realize our challenging ambition.
About the Role

Commercial focus is inseparable from the content. You will bring specific knowledge and experience in at least one of our focus sectors (Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail & Wholesale and Food). What the balance is between commercial activities and building and guiding content expertise within the Solution can vary from person to person.

In this role you will help build the position and services of the Operations Solution and you will be responsible for:
- Execute full-time or part-time assignments at our clients;
- Acquire assignments for Senior Managers, Managers and Young Executives within the Boer & Croon Management Solutions;
- Direct and supervise Managers and Young Executives on assignments;
- Increasing customer satisfaction and professionalizing our services;
- The (continued) development of our Operations Solution propositions;
- Building and maintaining your own network.
Functie-eisen
- University level education;
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of accumulated substantive expertise in at least one of our focus sectors;
- Experience in project- and program-management
- Network within the sectors: Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail & Wholesale or Food;
- Experience leading teams/projects;
- Affinity for change management.
