Job description
1: You will support external strategy and transformation projects
With 2-4 years of work experience, you will play a key role in supporting Strategy and transformation projects and contributing to achieving project results. You will work with experienced team members on various assignments, such as strategy implementation, portfolio management, project/programme management, and more specific issues around strategy or operational models.
2: You help build the Strategy & Transformation team
In addition to substantive client assignments, you contribute to expanding our practice. This includes increasing your network and initiating and participating in discussions with our (potential) clients. You also substantially contribute to our expertise, staff development, and business development. This includes activities related to marketing, recruitment and selection, and building and sharing knowledge.

Job requirements
Education and experience
- A university education, ideally in a business or economics discipline.
- 2 - 4 years of work experience in strategy or management consulting or as a consultant in the field of business transformation.
- Experience in leading teams within projects and programmes.
- Affinity with change processes.

Terms of employment
- Good primary working conditions appropriate to the position.
- Employees may be eligible for an individual variable bonus. The variable bonus can amount to a maximum of 10%, which is determined by the management of Boer & Croon.
