Manager Public for Boer & Croon

Do you get energy from leading public sector processes and want to make an impact with appealing clients? Do you have 3 to 7 years of work experience at a renowned consultancy firm and/or experience as an internal consultant in public? Become a Manager Public at Boer en Croon!

Job description

The position of public manager is twofold: on the one hand, you work substantively on projects for clients, and on the other hand, you help build public solutions and market our propositions. Managers at Boer & Croon realise the organisation's strategy. In doing so, we fill various roles and can handle multiple management instruments. You make the difference from the inside out. So managers report to the customer and are temporarily part of their organisation. We do not write thick reports, but we stand by our clients.

As a specific area in Public, your focus will be on clients from the (semi-)public sector. Within this sector, we mainly do assignments related to operations and implementation. Consider translating ambitions and policy into concrete improvements at a core department, municipality or implementing organisation. The role of the public manager also requires entrepreneurship. As part of the team, you are also responsible for further developing the solution. There are now about 30 managers working at Boer & Croon, who decide together for each solution which solutions they will develop further, which topics they want to focus on, how they are going to distinguish themselves in the market, how they are going to achieve and determine their targets, what guidance and knowledge is needed, and much more. You will be (co-)responsible for developing the public solution and ensuring our success in the market.
