The role
The position of Manager People & Change is twofold: on the one hand, you will work on a content-based project, and on the other hand, you will help build the People & Change solution in the market and further develop the knowledge within Boer & Croon in this area.
The substantive projects are diverse. In some assignments, you supervise transformations in which the development or movement of employees is central. In other assignments, you manage a (HR) department or team or advise the CHRO. Up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, experience with change management and leadership qualities are necessary for each assignment. Assignments last six months on average and are often carried out in teams (e.g. with one or more Young Executives or an experienced Associate Partner). Working at Boer & Croon means spending most of your time at the client's location. During projects, the Boer & Croon network is available to obtain specific knowledge or to spar with an expert by experience.
The role of Manager also requires entrepreneurship. Managers have a lot of freedom to develop propositions further. There are now approximately 30 Managers working at Boer & Croon, who decide together for each solution which solutions they will develop further, which sectors and topics they want to focus on, how they are going to distinguish themselves in the market, what guidance and knowledge is needed, and how they are going to set and achieve targets. You will be (jointly) responsible for the expansion of the People & Change solution.

- Education, ideally in a business or social science discipline
- Minimum of 3 to maximum eight years' work experience as a project manager, consultant and advisor in the People & Change domain
- Experience in leading teams and large projects;
- Experience in facilitating change processes.

Terms of employment
What can you expect from us
- When you join Boer & Croon as a manager, your salary range is between 3750 and 5400 euros gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on your years of work experience.
