Manager Healthcare for Boer & Croon
Are you our new leader? The position of healthcare manager within Boer & Croon is twofold. On the one hand, you will work substantively on an assignment with the customer, and on the other hand, you will help build a team to market the Healthcare Solution further.
Job description
We do this from the inside out. Healthcare managers report to the client during the assignment and are temporarily part of the organisation. Assignments last, on average, 3-9 months and are carried out alone or in teams (for example, with one or more Young Executives or an experienced interim manager). Working at Boer & Croon means working at the client's location, office or home. In assignments, the Boer & Croon network is available to obtain specific knowledge or to spar with an expert by experience.
The role of a Healthcare manager also requires entrepreneurship. There is a large group of managers working at Boer & Croon who, per solution, decide together which solutions (propositions) to develop further, which sectors and topics to focus on, how to distinguish themselves in the market, and jointly determine which guidance and knowledge is needed for development. You will be (co-)responsible for the expansion of the Healthcare Solution together with your team and partners.

Job requirements
Education and experience
- Completed WO Master's degree.
- At least three years' work experience in healthcare, healthcare-related issues, or the public sector. The manager role within Boer & Croon is an excellent second or third step in your career.
- Experience with project and programme management and leading teams.
- Expertise in healthcare areas such as capacity management, digitalisation, operations, or HR is not a requirement but an advantage.
- Affinity with change processes.
- Fluent in Dutch, both orally and in writing.

- When you join Boer & Croon as a manager, your salary range is between 3750 and 5400 euros gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on your years of work experience.
- In addition, depending on performance and commercial results, you can receive up to 20% variable remuneration as a manager.
