Job Overview
As Manager Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for leading digital transformation projects for our clients, with a strong emphasis on Data & AI-driven solutions. Operating at a strategic level, you act as a trusted advisor to senior management and executive boards. You combine leadership with deep technological and business expertise to drive impactful and sustainable change.Key Responsibilities
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of digital transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on leveraging Data & AI to deliver business value.
- Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration across departments to ensure successful project delivery.
- Data-Driven Business Analysis: Analyse data to identify trends, uncover opportunities for improvement, and support clients in making strategic, insight-driven decisions.
- Process Optimisation Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to optimise business processes and enhance organisational efficiency through AI and emerging technologies.
- Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all transformation initiatives comply with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards, particularly in the areas of AI ethics, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
- Client Reporting & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates to senior stakeholders and boards on project progress and outcomes.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded professional with a proven track record in digital transformation and project management. You possess strong leadership qualities and know how to translate complex challenges into practical, results-driven solutions. You are analytical, communicatively strong, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in IT, Business Information Management, Data Science, Digital Innovation, Finance & Technology, or a related field
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or technology implementation, including several years in a strategic or managerial role
- Technical Expertise": Deep understanding of digital technologies such as AI, data analytics, cloud solutions, and intelligent automation
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams and managing stakeholders at C-level
- Entrepreneurship: A hands-on approach to building and shaping EPSA Digital from idea to implementation
- Business Development: Skilled in identifying business opportunities and building long-term client relationships
- Strategic Insight: Strong ability to quickly grasp organisational strategies and translate them into innovative digital solutions
- Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of tackling complex issues in a structured and effective manner
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written
