Management Assistent for Boer & Croon
As a Management Assistant, you are the link between the person(s) you support and our clients and colleagues. You organise, arrange and ensure that our services can function optimally.
Job description
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- You are a spider on the web on a diverse team.
- You manage Partners' diaries and make appointments with clients.
- You take care of correspondence such as e-mails, offers and contracts.
- You are responsible for the administrative process of assignments and ensure that all data is correctly recorded and documented.
- You speak to clients and candidates and ensure proper feedback to the Partner concerned.
- In consultation with the Partners, you organise external meetings, send out invitations, arrange locations and be present to receive guests if necessary.
- You organise and prepare internal meetings, and if necessary, you take the minutes.
- You direct the operations of the solutions team.
- You receive guests and, together with your colleagues, ensure a pleasant working environment.

Job requirements
What do you bring
- You have MBO / HBO working and thinking level.
- You have at least five years of work experience as a management assistant/secretary.
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
- You are strong in project management and managing administrative processes.
- You are comfortable with programmes such as Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- You are a valuable discussion partner for our partners.
- You are focused on cooperation, with a sense of humour.
- You represent quality and culture: you understand a business service context.
