YESS Boer & Croon is currently looking for a (Junior) Research Consultant to expand its team of Research Consultants. This is a position in a dynamic environment with high-level contacts (C-level). As a Research Consultant you are co-responsible for identifying, approaching and placing candidates in various positions. YESS Boer & Croon works for various companies ranging from larger private equity owned and publicly traded companies to family businesses in a wide range of sectors. Currently our team consists of 4 Partners, 1 Manager Research, 1 Research Consultant and 2 Assistants.
As a (Junior) Research Consultant, you will work on several assignments simultaneously. The work varies from:
• Writing the job profile;
• Setting up the search strategies;
• Conducting market research;
• Identifying and selecting potential suitable candidates;
• Approaching/ reaching out to candidates;
• Speaking to and interviewing these candidates;
• Being able to quickly recognize competencies, ambition and motivation of candidates;
• Playing an active role in customer contact. Think of joining intake interviews to get a full(er) picture about the company, the position and the process;
• Taking an active role during update meetings with the client and presenting shortlisted candidates;
• Overseeing the entire process and ensuring the progress of the various assignments/ Being fully aware of current projects and being the point of contact for your team as well as clients and candidates.
