WHY DO COMPANIES HIRE IN AN INTERIM COO?

Bringing in an expert Interim COO can be of vital importance when it comes to improving the capabilities of the team, creating greater efficiency, injecting new ideas into the organisation and bringing best practices up to a higher level for everyone. An interim COO sets goals in order to promote company performance and growth and leads such areas as supply chains, manufacturing, logistics, IT, marketing, sales and finance.
