This group of Executive Partners focuses on temporary reinforcement of the highest management level. Twenty experienced directors, including former CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and other directors, have now joined.

'In the boardroom, there is an increasing need for experienced leaders who can directly address complex strategic issues,' says Hans Bongartz, sector partner Energy & Infrastructure at Boer & Croon. With this move, Boer & Croon is building on its 50 years of experience in interim management, consulting and executive search. The executive interim managers who have joined as Executive Partners have proven leadership experience in the healthcare, industrial, financial services, energy, logistics and public sectors, among others. They can be deployed as temporary directors, project CEOs or sparring partners during significant changes.

What distinguishes this proposition is the combination of seniority and support. Boer & Croon links each executive interim manager to a consultant from its own organisation, who helps structure the assignment, draw up the plan of action or prepare presentations. There is also an active network of peer-to-peer intervision and substantive reflection.
