The Boer & Croon OperationalExcellence (OpEx) framework is based on six principles that, when combined, set your organization up for excellence:

Our approach
Over three weeks, we perform a scan that provides insight into the organisation's score on each OpEx principle. On this basis, we identify the causes of problems and opportunities for improvement. Communicating the need for performance improvement optimally within all layers of the organisation creates a broadly supported transformation. Together with you, our team establishes a roadmap for improvement. We commit ourselves to results and stay involved within your organisation until the improvements are realised sustainably. We distinguish between changes that create value almost immediately and initiatives that bear fruit in the long term.
