Boer & Croon acquires executive search firm Vanderkruijs

Boer & Croon is strengthening its position as a management solutions company through the acquisition of Vanderkruijs. This agency is a leader in the field of executive search and leadership development for institutions, companies and organizations in the broad public sector. This new partnership enables both Boer & Croon and Vanderkruijs to offer their clients a broader and more complete range of services.

Boer & Croon is active in Executive Interim Management, Executive Search and Management Solutions for the execution of program management and complex implementation and change projects. Following the acquisition of search firm YESS in 2020 - strong in industry, logistics, finance and technology - Vanderkruijs is now also strengthening its position in recruitment and selection for the nonprofit sector.

"Vanderkruijs' expertise and network will give a qualitative boost to our services. In this partnership we will be better able to offer the right solution for management and supervisory positions in the non-profit sectors," said Eelco Koehoorn, chairman of the board at Boer & Croon.

Vanderkruijs recently received the Talent to the Top Executive Search Award. In the report, the jury praised Vanderkruijs for achieving an exceptionally high number of female appointments. The agency's priority to increase diversity in the broad sense of the term in the boardroom was also recognized with this award.

In the new partnership both firms will continue to operate under their own labels, as is the case with YESS. This is in keeping with Boer & Croon's strategy of using multiple brands.
