Aeves Group and Boer & Croon join forces

Aeves Group and Boer & Croon intend to join forces. After approval by the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets, Boer & Croon will be incorporated into Aeves and Aeves will hereinafter be referred to as AB&C Group. As part of the AB&C Group, Boer & Croon will continue to operate independently under its own brand name, while retaining its own DNA, culture and management, just like Aeves' existing labels.

Aeves and Boer & Croon complement and reinforce each other. With its six existing labels, Aeves is the market leader in procurement and contract management in the public, semi-public and private sector. Aeves offers a full set of services, including Consultancy, Secondment, Outsourcing, Executive Search and Digital Transformation.

High-quality business services are what connects Aeves and Boer & Croon. The joint turnover of the group amounts to more than € 130 million.

Boer & Croon will continue and further expand its activities under the current brand name. Executive search activities under the Vanderkruijs and YESS labels will also remain part of Boer & Croon, while retaining the brand name.
