50 years with entrepreneurs
Cees Boer and Floris Croon founded Boer & Croon in 1973 as a management and consultancy firm. Over the past five decades, our company has been at the forefront of all social and economic developments, never as a spectator but very directly helping organisational directors deal with changing circumstances. For this half-century, Boer & Croon has proven to be a trusted advisor for ambitious entrepreneurs, managers, and supervisors in the private and (semi)public sectors.
At Boer & Croon, 200 partners, directors, managers, consultants, and young executives work on current management issues for more than 400 clients annually. We are also exclusively affiliated with 180 selected interim specialists and experienced directors from various sectors.

Boer & Croon is part of EPSA Netherlands. The holding company's services focus on cost optimisation, business transformation and change management, and operations control. The combined companies have in-depth knowledge of procurement, operations, finance & technology, and our full-service proposition. In spring 2023, AB&C Group's shareholders, including majority shareholder Gate Invest, transferred their shares to EPSA (see press release). In EPSA, the Group is considered an excellent partner for implementing its long-term strategy, which includes a focus on international expansion. The French company is an internationally operating consultancy and operates with its companies in 35 countries worldwide.
