In 1973, we were founded as a management and consultancy firm by Cees Boer and Floris Croon. In these past five decades, our company has been at the forefront of all social and economic developments. Never as a spectator, but very directly to help directors of organisations deal with changing circumstances. Boer & Croon has proven itself this half-century as a trusted advisor for ambitious entrepreneurs, managers and supervisors in both the private and (semi)public sectors.
